When Lil Yase hit the Bay Area music scene he set San Francisco on fire. Coming from the Sunnydale Projects, he rapped along side other Bay legends such as Yatta, Lil Blood, Mozzy, and Lil Kayla. Some would argue that his career was the catalyst that allowed others around him to take their careers to the next level. His upbeat tempo combined with catchy punchlines quickly became a staple style among Bay Area artists and got the attention of many artists from cities outside the Bay. He’s collaborated with the likes of Drakeo The Ruler, Fetty Wap & Remy Boyz, Cashkidd, Bandgang, and more.
